By registering for the FINdustries Live Workshop, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're paying for

A live, two-hour online workshop titled "Your Business, Running Like It's Twice the Size." Delivered via Zoom. Includes the live session, the full recording, and the templates and setup skills built during the session. Cost: $150 USD, one-time.

2. Refund policy

If you decide the workshop isn't for you, email don@findustries.co within 7 days of registration and we'll refund the full amount. No questions asked. No forms to fill out. Refunds typically process within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Intellectual property

The frameworks, templates, recording, and materials are owned by FINdustries LLC. You may use them inside your own business. You may not resell them, repackage them, or claim authorship. The work product you build using them during the session is yours.

4. No guarantees

We share what worked in our own deployments and teach a framework. Your results will depend on your business, your execution, and a hundred variables we don't control. We don't guarantee specific outcomes. We do guarantee the workshop runs and you get what was described.

5. Code of conduct

Be a normal human in the live session. Don't harass other attendees. Don't record the session yourself (we provide the recording). Don't share your unique join link with people who haven't paid. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

FINdustries's total liability for any claim relating to the workshop is limited to the amount you paid ($150). We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If you've already registered, the version in effect when you registered governs your registration. Future workshops are governed by whatever's posted at that time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in Delaware courts or, if both parties agree, by binding arbitration.
