This privacy policy describes what FINdustries collects when you visit webinar.findustries.co, register for the live workshop, or interact with our advertising. We try to keep it short and direct.
1. Who we are
FINdustries LLC, a Delaware company. Contact: don@findustries.co.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: when you register for the workshop, we collect your name, email, phone number, company name, and payment details (payment is processed by Stripe — we don't store card numbers).
Information collected automatically: when you visit the page, we collect:
- Page-view, scroll-depth, and click events via the Meta Pixel (so we can measure ad performance)
- Anonymous session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity (so we can see where the page works and where it doesn't)
- Standard server-side data: IP address, browser, device, referrer
What we don't collect: we don't ask for and don't intentionally send any sensitive personal information — no government IDs, no financial account numbers, no health data, no precise location.
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver the workshop you registered for
- To send you reminders, the recording, and follow-up communications about FINdustries
- To measure which ads and which page elements actually work, so we improve them
- To prevent fraud and abuse
4. Who we share it with
We use the following data processors. Each processes only the data needed to do their job.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside this list.
5. Your rights
You can:
- Ask for a copy of what we have about you
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to correct it
- Unsubscribe from any email at any time
- Opt out of Meta-based ad tracking via Meta's ad preferences
- Opt out of Clarity tracking via your browser's "Do Not Track" setting (Clarity respects it)

6. Cookies + tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. By using the site, you consent to this. If you'd rather not be tracked, use your browser's tracking-prevention settings or an extension like uBlock Origin. We won't penalize you for opting out — you'll just see less-relevant ads.
7. Children
The workshop is for business owners. We don't intentionally collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email if we have your address.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes resolved in Delaware courts.
